Welcome to Replicate. By accessing or using replicate.com.mv (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order or creating an account.

Orders

When you place an order through our Site, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items. All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

Pricing

All prices listed on the Site are in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR) and are subject to change without notice. Delivery fees, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Payment

Once online payment is enabled, payments will be securely processed through Bank of Maldives' BML Connect service. Until then, orders are confirmed manually and payment arrangements will be communicated directly to you.

Delivery & Pickup

We aim to fulfil orders promptly, but delivery and pickup timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We will contact you via the phone number or Viber number provided at checkout to confirm order details and arrange delivery or pickup.

Returns & Refunds

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at sales@replicate.com.mv or via Viber, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Accounts

If you create an account (including via Google sign-in), you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product details, images, and stock levels accurately. However, we do not guarantee that all information on the Site is complete, current, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Replicate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products through it.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
